Movie Streaming

On the front page / the gallery index you are shown the categories of movies that you can choose from in . Initially you choose either to become member with free access to all movies, or to watch one movie per payment. Pay per view- pay per view.

Movies are streamed, which means, that movies are played over the Internet on Your computer screen. The streamed movie cannot be saved youre your hard disc, or other media. Movies, ordering, memberships and payments are administered by Eurisco LTD. - ScandinavianSexMachine.

Membership

The first time you visit you register your self as user, and choose a username and password suiting you. Hereafter you have access to and receive your access codes per mail for your guarantee. As user you get the opportunity to buy a membership covering the time period that suits you. When you have decided on a period you are introduced to an order statement in a pop-up window.
When You have chosen a membership you have free access to watch all movies during the time period that you have bought. For future visits use your username and password to log on and you can here after use the remaining time on your membership

Frequent Users

Signing a frequent user agreement gives you large discounts. Your membership automatically renews it self monthly until you determine to terminate it.

Please note: Termination of membership can first happen 5 days after signing up

Upon signing up you accept automatically to receive newsletters from us.

Upon termination you accept automatically to receive monthly offers monthly during the commng year.

Pay Per View

If you decide not to register your self as a user you have the opportunity to watch the movie as pay per view, which means you only watch one movie scene per payment. You are also introduced to an order statement in a pop-up window here.
When you have chosen to watch only one movie you start the movie by choosing the speed that matches your system and Internet access. This starts the movie on your screen.

Order statement

On the order statement are described the choices you have made and what are to be paid when you continue the purchase.

The purchase/ payment

All credit card information is handled through DIBS (Danish Internet Payment system) by Architrade A/S, which is PBS and Bank approved. All transactions are carried out safely and encrypted.
Personal information are not saved if not explicitly approved by you.

Receipt

When you have chosen to pay your credit card is validated. Upon validation are show a receipt for the purchase. ScandinavianSexMachine recommend that you print and save the receipt, as you are obliged to refer to the order number if you want something altered or explained. On the receipt from the bank is the purchase stated as Eurisco LTD., to ensure your anonymity.

Refund

Memberships are refunded according the remaining value. Streamed pay per view movies are not be refunded if the movie has been shown or if you cannot inform us of your order number from your receipt.

Customer policy

ScandinavianSexMachine are only registering data needed to insure payment and handling of a membership. ScandinavianSexMachine are not releasing any personal information, hereunder name, address and e-mail to any third party. ScandinavianSexMachine only sends out e-mails in connection to changes in membership status. In connection to alteration of status are mailed new user name and access code.

If membership is misused

If ScandinavianSexMachine trace that a membership, or an account, is misused, a new password and user name is forwarded to your e-mail. If the misuse continues ScandinavianSexMachine have the right to cancel the membership and the user will be blacklisted from future purchases.

Responsibility

Trading in may only occur if the user declares in accordance with terms of trade set by ScandanivianSexMachine. To trade in the user must be minimum 18 years of age. ScandinavianSexMachine, here owners, managers, employees and partners, subcontractors and other involved parties cannot guarantee that at all times will free from errors and fully functional. ScandinavianSexMachine cannot be held responsible for results occurred during use of as Internet problems, delays virus, and wrongful use of out dated computers and software connected to watching the movies and reading e-mails.
